In 2007, nine of Maryland’s most dynamic and experienced real estate professionals banded together to form The Strata Group, a collaboration of distinct companies brought together under a single roof to provide easy-to-obtain real estate, mortgage, legal and financial services. The result has been a progressive organization that has now grown to 8 companies: Yerman Witman Gaines and Conklin Realty, Mortgage Master Inc., Real Estate Title and Escrow, Strata Law, Strata Financial Services, Strata Commercial Real Estate, Strata New Homes, and The YWGC Foreclosure Group.
